We had the pleasure of having a few interns this summer, and we’d like to introduce them to you! Meet William Leonard who joined us in June, and has assisted in some projects during his internship. He’s headed to his first year of college this week, and we wish him luck!
Who/what inspires your work ethic?
I’m just a hard worker by nature, putting my all into everything I attempt is the best way to get good results.
What made you interested in the world of marketing?
I’ve always had a slight interest in the marketing tactics of the media I use, specifically video games, and the opportunity for a summer position was appealing as well.
What are some future plans you’re excited for?
After the summer, I’ll be heading to college, and I’m excited to move on to the next phase of my life.
Why did you choose your selected major?
I chose my major, public history, because it opens the doors to a wide variety of job opportunities, from working in academic libraries to working with the government.
What’s your favorite local spot in Frederick?
The Pop Shop, they’ve got all kinds of weird and cool drinks to try there.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
Reading, writing, and playing games.
How do you like working with the Apollo Marketing team?
The team has great camaraderie and work ethic. Working with them is one of the best work experiences you could find anywhere.
